I spent my last paper money on a bundle of East German stamps at a flea market in Berlin. I didn’t know what to do with them until the significant meeting of the two leaders of South and North Koreas in 2018. I finished the film the next year though my country is yet to be united. What was left from the war and what was built on the leftover are much too complicated for a year’s work,
or is it?

누군가의 평화가 다른 누군가에게는 혼란일 수 있고, 한 시대의 아픔은 다음 세대의 희망이 될 수 있다. 강주리 작가와 김정현 감독의 미디어 콜라보레이션은 이런 시대상의 이념의 양면성을 담고자 한다. 영상은 강주리 작가의 Camouflage 작품을 퍼펫puppet 으로 이용한 ‘자연의 질서’와 김정현 감독의 동독 우표 컬렉션을 이용한 ‘인간의 질서’ 두 부분으로 나뉘어 끝없이 번갈아 가며 반복되는 자연과 인간의 질서를 이야기한다
